Returns

Returns are only accepted with the prior approval of CatLabPro. An RGA# (return goods authorization) will be issued after the approval and it must be written on all documents regarding the return.

Once we receive your items, we will inspect them and notify you that we have received your returned items. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping of your return to CatLabPro

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your items unless previously approved by CatLabPro.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
