CatLabPro will attempt to ship your order within 5 business days, although shipping times may vary depending on inventory on hand. CatLabPro will contact you after your order has been processed if shipment will not take place within 5 business days. There are no shipments on weekends or holidays. If overnight shipping is required, please contact our sales office. All overnight deliveries require written approval from the customer and is only available in the lower 48 contiguous United States.
Shipping charges for small package orders under 70lbs and within UPS small package size limits can be estimated by contacting us.
LTL Shipping charges for larger orders will be discussed with the customer prior to order acceptance. Customers are welcome to arrange their own LTL freight shipments after discussion with CatLabPro.
CatLabPro is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
CatLabPro is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipments outside the US must be arranged prior to order acceptance.
